Saturday, Julie and I went to another concert, but first we ate at a favorite restaurant, Thai Evergreen, it is owned by a cute family in our ward, the Myamala's. SUper yummy.
THen we drove one minute to UVU Mckay Events Center. So close, so awesome. PWT's came out first and the lead singer said he was sick, but would sing us a few songs. We got just 3 out of them, but they were good.
ALso at this concert, but scattered about were Sam (Julie's oldest) with friends, and my little bro Josh with his girlfriend Kelsy (sp? sorry if it's wrong), and we were to discover, Joylynn's (my oldest sis) ex with his new wife. That was a wierd meeting up. Anyway, the venue is rather small so even in our seats which were in the third section from the stage we could see well, however in Sam's section, the one right up against the stage there were a few open seats. So right before Snow Patrol came on we hopped seats (same price, don't panic people.) We had a blast, being soooo close and got to have a view of what goes on behind the scenes. It was awesome, the guy was funny and talked to us a lot which I enjoy. Awesome, my love for them is solidified now.
