Pensacola in September

Michael took the kids and the dogs down to Pensacola for the day in September. Bear competed in the Splash Dogs Competition. Considering he hasn't done this for over a year, he did very well. 4th place.

It was a long day for them, but I went to church solo, then made yummy food for one, then made two big trays of cinnamon rolls for my family as they travelled home in a huge storm.

Avie turned 13 on September 8th!

Avie had a birthday! I made her favorite cake with sweetened condensed milk, caramel, whipcream, and butterfinger bits.

Soccer

From August to Now Avie and Liv played on the Fort Rucker Bluejays team. It was their very first time, but they had a blast and plan on playing again in the spring.

Halloween

I will be posting pics from the last few months throughout the week....

HALLOWEEN! We decorated cookies and cupcakes.

We carved pumpkins and used glowsticks to light them. And apparently I should have used a hairbrush on Roan before taking pictures!

We Trunk-or-Treated at our church on Friday evening, also enjoying a chilli cook off. Then saturday the post had trick or treating. It was already getting dark when we left at 6.

Avie- a teenager, she didn't dress up. Olivia- static cling. Her idea. Paige- a bat. made from felt and a black flat bedsheet. (I didn't notice she's standing where you cannot see her costume. sorry.) Roan- vampire, last minute change from iron man.
